Conclusion

   We, Summertime Foodies, have come to the conclusion that Sweet Angela's Cupcakery is great for an office party but if you want to impress someone or throw a more sophisticated gathering then Angela's is not the place to go. Her presentation is very simple, but she lacks creativity. We believe if she wants to expand her clientele then she may want to make her cupcakes more memorable for her customers.             Finally, when Rosa tasted this twist on blueberry lemonade she mentioned that without a doubt the cupcake was very moist and the frosting tasted as it should. The cupcake was a vanilla cupcake with fresh blueberries baked at the bottom with a very textured lemon frosting.

              Our tester Jade informed us of her opinion of this simple vanilla cupcake. She says that the cupcake is moist & favorable. She also informed us that the icing, although it was supposed to be vanilla, had a slight taste of cream cheese. Even though it was simple it met her expectations.

Southern Belle

             The classic red velvet with cream cheese . Our tester Chef John told us that the cupcake alone was pleasant & moist. The frosting had a tasty, creamy, nice balance, & met his expectations. One dilemma we faced was that his icing tasted more like vanilla than cream cheese.
